Radek Holik is a Data Scientist at the Renal Research Institute (RRI), where he develops scalable AI solutions to improve care for renal patients. His work spans predictive modeling with Gradient Boosting, CNNs, and Transformer architectures, as well as building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems powered by Large Language Models to deliver accurate, real-time clinical insights.
With a background in artificial intelligence from Yeshiva University and experience in data analysis, Radek combines deep technical expertise with a passion for translating complex medical data into intelligent, patient-centered innovations.
